Looking to connect with other queer men in thoughtful and intentional ways in the new year?

Our new Men’s Winter Wellness Workshops are coming to Kingston, Troy and Highland over President’ Day Weekend, and we can’t wait to welcome you!

The line-up of workshops focuses on series of yoga + self-affirming Conscious Connections sessions happening facilitated by Timothy Bish and Eric Bomyea in New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley and Capital District, February 15th, 16th and 17th.

Recognizing that 2025 brings new leadership to our nation and new challenges for our community, these workshops offer us all an opportunity to connect with one another to develop a network in which we will find comfort and community.

If you’re more introverted this is a great opportunity to step outside your comfort zone & challenge yourself in a safe space. If you’re more extroverted this is an ideal way to meet like-minded people and expand your network.

Our Men’s Nude Sessions are growing - and as we expand to new areas we’re excited to add new instructors to our roster of facilitators - the newest being Jason Ganns of the Capital District.

Many of you may have met Jason at our previous sessions (or maybe you met him at the Jingle Bell Dash!), and he’s now going to host our newest classes in Kingston, Catskill and Troy this February.

The line-up focuses on series of nude yoga + self-affirming Conscious Connections sessions happening facilitated by @lebeautigrenyc in New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley and Capital District, February 15th, 16th and 17th. These sessions will be supported by Eric Bomyea and Pink Stallion’s Founder - @shengst

The workshops – designed for and facilitated by gay, bi, trans + queer men – are individually registered so you can attend the ones that are right for you in the most convenient location.

This Wednesday, Nov 13th: join us for Men’s Nude Yoga at The Yoga House in Highland, NY - Doors at 7:50p. Class starts at 8:20pm.

Take this as your opportunity to strip down and release the stress of the last few weeks. By coming together with a room full of like-minded men, solely focused on relaxation, centering and stretching, we can all hope to release some anxiety and begin feeling more like ourselves again.

Note: These session are nude, not clothing optional.

New to yoga? Never fear, these classes are appropriate for men of all experience levels. Trans, bi, queer and straight allies are all welcome.
