This Wednesday, Nov 13th: join us for Men’s Nude Yoga at The Yoga House in Highland, NY - Doors at 7:50p. Class starts at 8:20pm.

Take this as your opportunity to strip down and release the stress of the last few weeks. By coming together with a room full of like-minded men, solely focused on relaxation, centering and stretching, we can all hope to release some anxiety and begin feeling more like ourselves again.

Note: These session are nude, not clothing optional.

New to yoga? Never fear, these classes are appropriate for men of all experience levels. Trans, bi, queer and straight allies are all welcome.

Pink Stallion has partnered with Adam Brown of Heart Centered Touch to bring his Men’s Massage Exchange Workshops to The Yoga House in Kingston.

Adam’s next workshop is The Alchemy of Touch: A Tantra & Massage Workshop for Men happening at The Yoga House in Kingston, NY on Saturday November 16th 1-5PM

This 4 hour workshop is designed to help men connect with each other using Touch Practices, Taoist Techniques and Tantra principles to facilitate personal and growth and evolution.

Guided Tantric Massage will be practiced throughout the day and stretch-practices will be introduced as will as how to sensitize oneself to another’s energy.
 The Tantric Massage portions of the workshop will feature additional breath-work coaching.

Adam’s model of learning is very hands-on. The workshop is geared to the non-professional man who participates with an open-heart and a curious mind.

Participants should expect to be fully nude for this workshop.
