These 90 minute sessions are designed to offer participants an opportunity for social connection and yoga practice. The first 20 minutes are open for casual interaction as participants are encouraged to socialize with one another, connect with the instructor and to enjoy some nude social time before the class begins.

Focused on increasing mobility and relaxation, these sessions are appropriate for individuals with a wide range of yoga experience – from those just starting to those who are more familiar with the practice.

These sessions are not clothing optional, although first time participants are welcome to use the first 20 minutes to ease into undressing. Participants are asked to please bring their own yoga mat and a towel and are encouraged to bring a full water bottle for hydration.
