These 90 minute sessions are designed to offer participants an opportunity for social connection and yoga practice.

Experience a transformative session that artfully blends yoga-based movement with dynamic, rhythmic breathwork. Designed to open and release tension, this class begins with sequences that increase mobility and relaxation—perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. As you move mindfully through postures aimed at fostering physical ease, you’ll transition into a guided breathwork practice that encourages deep emotional release and connection.

In addition to cultivating physical wellness, these sessions create a welcoming space for social connection and personal growth. Embrace the opportunity to move, breathe, and share in a supportive environment where every participant is invited to connect, release, and thrive.

The first 20 minutes of each session are designed for casual interaction and provide an opportunity for participants to socialize with one another, connect with the instructor and to enjoy some nude social time.

These sessions are not clothing optional, although first time participants are welcome to use the first 20 minutes to ease into undressing. Participants are asked to please bring their own yoga mat and a towel and are encouraged to bring a full water bottle for hydration.
