It may be the coldest part of winter, but now is the time to awaken your body and your spirit during Pink Stallion’s first-ever Upstate Men’s Wellness Weekend, happening February 15th – 17th at venues in Kingston, Highland & Troy.

We’ve partnered with our Provincetown-based friends Tim Bish and Eric Bomyea, creators of The Circle: Queer Men’s Embodiment Podcast to bring their Conscious Connections Workshop for Queer Men to the Hudson Valley and the Capital District for the first-time over President’s Day Weekend 2025.

Recognizing that the new year brings new leadership to our nation, and new challenges for our community, these workshops offer us all an opportunity to connect with one another to develop a network in which we will find comfort and community.

About The Circle Podcast

The Circle is an on-going conversation about men’s work, embodiment practices, and personal growth from the perspective of two queer men. Hosted by Eric Bomyea and men’s embodiment coach, Tim Bish, together, they investigate the purpose of men’s work, how queer men can participate, what value they might receive, and the unique value they add in the pursuit of growth for all. They also explore the challenges, dynamics, and transformative practices that empower men to show up authentically in the world.

Conscious Connections

An interactive workshop experience that allows participants to explore their true depths of intimacy and connection without agenda. With an emphasis on being seen, heard, felt, and held consciously by others in our community, we will begin to open our hearts to the kind of fulfilling connections available to us.

During the 2.5 hour workshop we will explore authentic self expression physically, emotionally, and energetically while also witnessing others doing the same.

We will use inquiry, breath, attention, and touch to hone our ability to connect from the heart and experience depth intimacy. Participants will leave this experience feeling grounded, connected, and open to greater connections in all areas of their lives.

Nudity is required as part of your participation in this workshop. The Conscious Connections workshops will be led by Tim Bish, with support from Eric Bomyea.
